Senior Business Development Manager

During a time when many long running and new businesses struggled to stay afloat, we refused to be beaten and saw off our first year of trading by turning over £3 million in revenue.
In three and a half years, we’ve grown from a headcount of 3 to 85 – and we’re not done yet! Due to our continued success, we are looking to double our headcount over the next 12 months…and that’s where YOU come in.
As a Senior Business Development Manager, you’ll be working with business owner-based prospect clients that have been referred to us by trusted referral partners, as well as bringing on board existing client relationships who will qualify for tax relief incentive schemes, based on the level of innovation work they are producing within their business.
Responsibilities
- Perform fact-finds with your prospects to understand their business and scalability
- Demonstrate to them the value-add of our service and how we can truly support them
- Be able to close the deal and sign the prospect as a new client
- Continue to build long-lasting, highly credible relationships with all clients you sign, as you will continue to be their POC moving forwards
- Be motivated to develop new business opportunities by networking and growing your portfolio, whilst still maintaining exceptional standards of relationship management with your existing clients
Unlike a lot of other sales opportunities, the opportunity we offer is extremely lucrative. We offer the following:
- Highly competitive starting base salary depending on experience and the quality of your current black book
- Annual uncapped bonus
- Ongoing 5% commission of contract based revenue every year for the life of each client contract
- Annual end-of-year £5k bonus to all staff if the company achieves target for the year
